Everyone loves fairy cakes..right?
Heres the recipe! Ingredients (stuff you need)
-125g soft margarine
-125g caster sugar
-125g self raising flour
-1 tsp of baking powder
-2 large eggs
Method (the fun bit!)
1. Preheat the oven to 190c/GasMark5
Wash those hands of yours and place paper cases into a bun tray.
2.Pop the marg and sugar into a mixing bowl. Sift in the flour and baking powder!
Crack the eggs into the bowl.
3.Give it a good old stir with a wooden spoon or such. Once a gooey cakey mixture simply pour a bit of the mixture into each of the paper cases.
4.Put in the oven for around 20 mins until risen, a golden brown and springy to touch.
5.Let them cool down..ice if you wish then eat =D!
